Kitagawa chuck final assembly?

Should be good to assemble now finally. First fit the connector piece:


How much does it actually move when the piston is actuated? About 17mm.


Which results in about 4mm (measured) radial movement of the jaws, which is equivalent to around 8mm on the diameter.

Doesn't seem much but that's roughly what the Kitagawa B200 datasheet shows for the 8" chucks - 15mm stroke and 7.4mm on diameter


Those teeth on the master jaws are on a 1.5mm pitch, so they can be fitted to the nearest 3mm. That's just about enough.
