Operations on components within assemblies in Fusion - handy tips to colour code them

Just saw a useful Pootube video by "Mechanical Advantage" that mentions a couple of options for highlighting which operations were done to which components by colour coding them.

  • "Component colour swatch" - click on the little gear symbol at the bottom right corner of the screen. The option highlights the operations on the timeline for each component in a different colour.
  • "Shift + N" does a similar thing but also renders the components in the highlight colour so you can directly match the component to its timeline operations.

I'm sure I'll forget how to access them, so hopefully will be able to remind myself by looking here.
